Monday afternoon I drove up to Lucedale from Biloxi to purchase a new 2006 Chevy Silverado Z71 Crew Cab from Dawn Graves at your dealership. I started looking
for a new truck several weeks ago via the internet. Since the hurricane my time has been spent settling insurance claims, dealing with FEMA, SBA, salvaging items from my
home that was destroyed in Ocean Springs, and working daily to get my business back up at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum. The internet was my best solution to shop for a
vehicle at all of the coast chevy dealers as well as dealers in Mobile, New Orleans and surrounding areas. Most dealers' internet managers sent me a quote with not much if
any follow up. Dawn, along with her boss, Tom, followed up several times and continued to try and work the numbers as well as find me the EXACT truck that I wanted. Not only
did they continue to work with me on the deal, they also got Chad your F&I rep involved and saved me the time in going to Keesler Federal Credit Union for my
financing. We came to an agreement on the vehicle and the deal on Friday of last week. Dawn found the truck in Pelham Alabama and sent someone to get it on Saturday. She had
a spray in bedliner along with bed rails installed first thing Monday morning. I brought a fairly large down payment check and signed all the paperwork including an
extended warranty agreement that Chad explained in very simple terms. In the 30 years that I have been driving and buying vehicles (24 vehicles), this was my first
experience buying a new vehicle over the internet. Not only did I feal that I got a fair deal, as well as the EXACT vehicle I wanted, I also saved an enormous amount of
time and frustration shopping dealership after dealership listening to sales people quote inflated numbers while they tried to convince me to take something they had on the
lot that wasn't quite what I really wanted. Dawn did a super job in "keeping the deal alive". Once again I am glad I did business through the internet so that all
of the dealers could work as hard as they felt they needed to in order to get my business. I wish you had a dealership on the coast so we could work together on upcoming
events I have at the coliseum. Thought you might be interested in my shopping experience with Walt Massey Chevrolet.
